Frank Webb’s Bath Center (adjacent to FW Webb in Gloucester) is a hidden gem! Great staff, always friendly. I loved shopping there! I’ve also had friends who’ve tried their showrooms in Haverhill, Bedford and Exeter.

As a designer I strongly recommend F.W. Webb Bath Center in Gloucester. Whether you’re beginning from scratch on a new build or renovating an existing bath, the staff has access to a plethora of choices and the knowledge to help you put it all together. They speak the same language as the plumbers and know what you should order. The recent addition of bath lighting and accessories makes it a one-stop shopping excursion for professionals and do-it-yourselfers alike. And their medicine cabinets are the best! Can’t speak highly enough about the level of service – quite simply said, it’s outstanding!

I just came across this or I would have sent a comment sooner! After visiting multiple North Shore showrooms I setlled on Frank Webb’s in Gloucester. True the showroom is beautiful but what sold me was the people. Diane and Alisa have both been great to work with. They are not commision driven (yes, I asked on my first visit) and they truly showed an interest in what worked for ME, not how much they could sell. I would recommend them to anyone and have done so several times already.

If I had to nominate any one place it would have to be F.W. Webb in Gloucester, Ma which used to be the old “Gloucester Supply”. The store people are great and full of good information and the showroom staff is just remarkable. A good place to get everything done hassle free.

I stopped in to Frank Webb’s bath center in Gloucester on a saturday looking for a shower valve and I worked with Diane and Alisa, they were both busy with other customers, but they were still able to provide me with excellent service. They were friendly and efficient!
