Seeing Interlock Salon mentioned here I just had to comment. I moved to this area last year and began the search for a new salon. I tried Interlocks and asked for a “master” stylist. Masters charge the most so I’m expecting the best.
I sat in the waiting room a good 20 minutes beyond my appointment time with my blood boiling. No one came to me to tell me the approximate time my stylist would be free or apologized for the delay. But the clincher was that when “my” stylist finally did saunter over to me to invite me to her chair, I realized she was the same gal I had been watching walk past me back and forth several times in the front waiting space chatting with friends and fellow workers for the previous 15 minutes. Had she done a great job on my hair AND apologized for making me wait so long, I might have come away pacified. But neither of those things happened. That was my first and last visit to Interlocks. I’m so tired of prima donna stylists and pretentious salons.

I need a stylist bad…someone who can cut short hair. Price is not an option. I dont care what I have to pay or where I have to go as long as they can kick my hairs ass!
