My wife & I visit Salem about 5 times each year and always stop by Jaho daily for our coffee. During our last visit, in early March, we stopped by the new shop to try the siphon coffee. It was amazingly smooth & a fun experience. The only thing I can compare the experience to is like tasting a fine coffee, like you would taste and sip a fine scotch.
