The membership contract is sneaky and deceptive there is no way to quit early without them keeping your cancellation fee and your last months payment. When there is a problem everyone just passes the buck and you get sent in circles until you can give up or cancel. If this is a gym why are the kids shoved into a dark Movie Theatre room to watch television and movies and eat snacks? Are they tring to create fat children so they can ensure future members? Would it kill them to hire people who actially want to play with the kids and engage them in an activity? This gym could be top notch but the we could care less attitude takes away from it. Well I just had to log back on and leave one. Years ago after Tom Kelly then North Shore Kitchens Plus, now TRK Design remodeled the kitchen for the Carcassone Castle in Marblehead. During the gala held there I just had to meet him. The following Monday I was at his showroom looking for him to design my kitchen for the new home I built on Marblehead Neck. Being a chef, my "work place" needed to be totally functional and welcoming to my guests. Well Tom's brilliance and master mind made it all happen with such ease and consideration to my every day life. It is all about word of mouth and seeing your TRK job site signs around town speaks for itself. Truly a deserved title of "Top of the A List" in this country's industry.
