I would highly recommend Jamie Leigh Pratt at Runway Salon – either in Newburyport or sometimes you can find her on Newbury Street in Boston. To make a long story short, I had a mullet and really awful yellow highlights. Jamie turned it all around for me, and I will be forever greatful to her! Aside from being an amazing colorist, she also offers services on the side – and is really well informed about the newest products and tendencies out in the market.
