Description: Salem is organizing the 6th Annual Christmas Tree Bonfire, Thursday, January 8th, 2009 at 6pm. The event will include free hot chocolate, music, and festivities.
Residents can drop off their trees at Dead Horse Beach starting January 2nd, or leave them for curbside pickup. The city urges residents to make sure all lights and decorations are completely removed from their trees before dropping them off.
