Description: The recently opened Blue Ox restaurant in Lynn and a local team of bicyclists have joined forces to help raise funds to support the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC). On Tuesday, June 30th, The Blue Ox will donate 10% of its proceeds to Team “Live-Love-Laugh”, a five-person team of north of Boston residents who are riding the 2-day, 192-mile bike-a-thon from Sturbridge to Provincetown, MA in memory of Wendy Holzman Smith, a Marblehead native and Swampscott High School graduate. The PMC, a preeminent athletic fund raising event, is driven by its mission to eradicate cancer by supporting pioneering research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
