My wife and I went to Wine Tyme on 1/30/10 amd had a fairly nice dining and wineing experience, probably thanks to the young lady that was on the bar that nite, her name was Janine. Although they were out of stock on alot of our wine requests, Janine managed to make our experience a positive one. So we returned to North Conway on 2/7/10 and went to Wine Tyme hoping for a similar experience and were met with a terrible attitude on the part of the server, a young man at the bar. We were told that they were out of the house selections that we requested and when we asked for something similar he switched us to a selection at twice the price. When I asked to taste the house cabernet I wsa told the he would not open a bottle just for me to taste. I looked at my wife and told her we were leaving, so we went down the street and spent our money at another establishment. We were very disappointed with this young man’s attitude and probably will not go back because of this experience. In this economy I cannot believe that the owners of this establishment would be happy to hear about this kind of treatment. We were prepared to spend at least $100 dollars and instead left very disappointed.
