Photo by Fawn DevineyUnder the tutelage of Jessicia Kreyer the Boston Ballet’s North Shore studio offers dance education coupled with a world-class dance company. Located in the Marblehead YMCA, the school offers programs children, classic ballet, adult and pre-professional programs for aspiring North Shore ballerinas. Kreyer joined the Boston Ballet faculty in 2004 and took over as principle of the North Shore studio in 2013. Kreyer instills in all her students a love of dance and a respect for the art. Boston Ballet students not only learn this beautiful mode of dance but also invaluable life lessons and a solid work ethic. What began in 1979 with humble beginnings has blossomed into the largest ballet school in North America.
