The Golf Club at Turner Hill
With the picturesque setting of Bradley Palmer State Park, and an unusually hilly terrain, the Gold Club at Turner Hill is a favorite for North Shore golfers. “The layout is challenging but fair to all levels of players and a great test,” says George Goich, director of golf. “The course is considered one of the best conditioned in the region.” He adds that despite being a private club, they have a very open membership. And even though the club is relatively new—it was founded in 2003—the 1904-era buildings on the property give it a beautiful, old-word feel, says Goich.
