Known for its innovative and health-conscious culinary creations, Burtons Grill & Bar is bringing fall flavors to the forefront with the launch of its new food and cocktail menus on September 26th, 2016.  Using only the freshest local ingredients that include seasonal favorites like pumpkin, carrot, apple and cranberry, New Englanders will feel right at home at any of their Massachusetts locations. Additionally, Burtons has introduced the “dual portions” option to accommodate any appetite, now offering many of the menu selections at both half and full sized portions.

 

With a focus on creating dishes from scratch, Burtons culinary team introduces updated dishes like Pan Roasted Chicken, all-natural statler chicken breast with quinoa, citrus fennel, arugula salad and a carrot butter sauce ($19.95), Salmon Romesco, bronzed Gulf of Maine salmon with romesco sauce, herbed jasmine rice, rainbow carrots and citrus fennel slaw ($16.95 half, $24.95 full), or Crab Crusted Haddock, Icelandic haddock with super lump blue crab stuffing, herbed jasmine rice, rainbow carrots and lemon butter sauce ($16.95 half/$24.95 full).  Sandwiches like the Short Rib Grilled Cheese with braised certified angus beef short rib, pickled onions, maple sriracha, Vermont cheddar, griddled ciabatta and red wine jus ($17.95), or the Maple Chicken with Applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onions arugula, cranberry, maple dijonnaise and griddled ciabatta ($13.95), make for the perfect fall flavors. 

 

To complete the ultimate fall dining experience, pair any of the dishes with a seasonal cocktail from Burtons carefully curated cocktail list. Sip on selections that include Pumpkin Martini with Absolut vodka, house-made pumpkin mix, fall spiced rim and bourbon whipped cream ($11), Autumn Madras Slush with Reyka vodka, all-natural cranberry-tangerine syrup and fresh pressed orange juice ($11), Salted Caramel Apple with Jim Beam Apple, salted caramel vodka, local cider, white cranberry and a caramel spiced rim ($11), or the Sour Cherry Manhattan, which uses Burtons custom blended whiskey, Grand Marnier, house-blended vermouth, cherry-vanilla bitters and   spiked sour cherry ($13).

As the goal and culture of Burtons is to make for the ultimate guest experience, they are launching a call-to-cut steak program, letting guests call ahead when making their reservation to reserve a customized cut steak of their choosing from Burtons Butcher Block.  Burtons chefs select the most tender and well-marbled cuts of black angus beef, which are aged for a minimum of 21 days.
