For a walk back in time, head to Capo on West Broadway in South Boston, where you will not only enjoy a delicious meal but live music, as well, in the restaurant’s newly-opened lounge. Located underneath the rustic Italian hot spot, the lounge, which looks like a scene straight out of the late ‘60s, early ’70s-set The Wonder Years, is set up like an old-time speakeasy, complete with a full-size bar, a champagne bar, and a stage, where big bands belt out tunes by Frank Sinatra and other 20th century greats.
“The addition of this space fills a void in the Boston scene and completes the vision of Capo being an Italian supper club where entertainment and dancing can be a part of a fun night out,” said the restaurant’s marketing team, in a press release.
