MarketStreet Lynnfield and girl’s athletic wear retailer ivviva by Lululemon have teamed up to host Roar: A Girl Empowerment Event. The event, taking place on Saturday, June 10 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., will feature inspiring activities for young girls, including a meet-and-greet and photo opportunity with North Shore native (Danvers) Olympic medalist in American ice hockey Meghan Duggan, a complimentary tween yoga class, music entertainment, giveaways, and crafts with Lucy’s Love Bus.
Girls will also be given a passport, allowing them to engage in various activities at participating MarketStreet stores and restaurants such as FatFace, Athleta, Sephora, Apple, and DavidsTea.
Roar: A Girl Empowerment Event will take place on The Green. MarketStreet Lynnfield is located at 600 Market Street in Lynnfield.
