The 19th annual Summer in the City series returns on June 8, kicking off a summer of first-class waterfront entertainment at the iconic Boston Harbor Hotel. Tuesday through Friday, Bostonians and visitors are invited to an unparalleled entertainment experience with live music and beloved movies on picturesque Boston Harbor. Summer in the City attendees can dine al fresco on Rowes Wharf Sea Grille’s patio and Harborwalk Terrace, with bites from acclaimed chef Daniel Bruce, seasonal cocktails, and unmatched views of Boston Harbor.
Summer nights are beyond compare at Boston Harbor Hotel, with themed musical evenings every Tuesday – Thursday starting at 6:00 p.m. As bands take to the barge, guests can dance and sing along to classic tunes with friends and family, making for a summer night to remember. The weekly thematic lineup includes: Pop Soul Tuesdays, Rat Pack Wednesdays, and Blues Barge Thursdays.
Movies by Moonlight Fridays, a celebrated staple in Boston’s summer entertainment lineup, returns to Boston Harbor Hotel every Friday night at dusk. Guests can enjoy beloved films shown on the big screen under the stars, with a new lineup featuring blockbusters like Ghostbusters (2016), The Notebook, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, and Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.
