On Wednesday, June 28th 2017, Gaslight Brasseriein Lynnfield will partner with Smolak Farms for its popular “pop-up” summer dining experience, Whim 2017 Dinner Series is a unique farm-to-table dining experience held at Smolak’s rustic farm featuring New England’s finest chefs as they cook multi-course dinners in the field. Chef de Cuisine Steve Morlino of Gaslight Lynnfield will prepare a five-course meal using Smolak’s freshest, seasonal produce and ingredients. A portion of the proceeds will go towards Autism Speaks, which promotes solutions, for the needs of individuals with autism and their families through advocacy and support.
Guests will begin their meal with Jamón Serrano with Smolak raspberry jam,radish, queso mahón and port syrup, followed by a Smolak Romaine Wedgeserved with Great Hill blue dressing, tomato, cucumber, pickled onion and crumbled bacon. For entrees, enjoy Rare Grilled Rosemary Tuna with Smolak ratatouille provençal and summer basil pistou, followed by Brandt All Natural Sirloin, served with pan roasted potatoes, creamy corn, chimichurri and port. The evening concludes with Chef Morlino’s Raspberry Cake made with Smolak berries, lemon cake and Chantilly Cream.
