Participants will harvest a feast from ifarm’s permaculture garden, under the guidance of well-known healer and herbalist Hannah Sparks.
On Saturday, August 26, join herbalist Hannah Sparks at ifarm from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., as she discusses the nutritional and medicinal benefits of the wild and cultivated plants we encounter. Together, participants will prepare a delicious midday meal, while Hannah answers questions and shares the stories of the plants we harvest.
She will cover the ways common wild plants can be incorporated into a diet for incredible nutritional benefits.
This is a great opportunity to take in ifarm’s lush summer garden, eat a fabulous organic meal, and get any questions you have about herbalism answered!
Tickets are $35.
