COJE Management Group, the restaurant team behind Boston’s social dining spots, Yvonne’s, a modern supper club; Ruka, a Latin-Asian fusion restaurant located in downtown Boston; and Lolita, a tequila bar located in Back Bay, partnered with the Hilton Boston-Woburn to develop a new Spanish Steak & Tapas restaurant called, Matadora.
According to Matadora’s Instagram account (@matadora_woburn), the new restaurant is scheduled to open in the newly-renovated Hilton this October, transcending suburban dining with “bespoke design, curated cuisine, and an urban sensibility.”
