Fall is upon The Aquitaine Group’s suburban location, Gaslight Brasserie at Lynnfield’s Market Street. Using the freshest locally sourced ingredients, Chef de Cuisine Steven Morlino is launching a collection of fall-inspired dishes and cocktails for bar, brunch, lunch, and dinner selections beginning October 1.

At the bar, guests can enjoy plates such as Truffle Fries with parmesan and truffle mayo ($8.95), Calamari Oreganata with sautéed Point Judith squid, garlic, chilis tomato, and toasted breadcrumbs ($12.95), and Gaslight Burger with bacon jam, American cheese, a potato roll, and hand cut fries ($15.95). Also, every day from3PM-6PM, oysters are $1 each!

On Sunday’s from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., dive into the new brunch items, which include Prix Fixe plates ($11.95), Eggs Benedict with Applewood smoked ham ($10.95) or mashed avocado and smoked salmon ($11.95), Stuffed French Toast with whipped ricotta, berries, Grand Marnier, and maple ($11.95), Short Rib Hash with sticky short rib, potatoes, poached eggs, and jalapeno salsa Verde ($13.95). Several Raw Oysters are also available ($17.95/$34.95). Pair any plate with a spicy and sassy Gaslight Bloody Mary ($9) or The North Shore – Gaslight’s signature Bloody Mary with clam juice, poached shrimp, and scallion lemon olive garnish ($12).

Unwind at lunch with appetizers such as Hand Cut Tuna Tartare with avocado, cucumber, and radish soy sauce ($14.95) and bigger plates such as Rigatoni Bolognese made with beef, pork, veal, tomato, and parmesan ($14.95), Mussels & Frites with garlic, shallots, white wine, and fries ($13.95), and Soup or Salad with Half Sandwich ($11.95). 

Seasonal entrees include fall-inspired dishes like Heirloom Pumpkin Risotto with heirloom pumpkin, brussels sprouts, sage, and brown butter & parmesan ($23.95), Pan Roasted Organic Salmon with risotto, Brussel sprouts, autumn squash, and cider-dijon vinaigrette ($24.95), Pan Seared Diver Scallops with celery root puree, smokey bacon, and roasted mushroom & port wine sauce ($31.95), Swordfish Au Poivre with whipped potato, haricot verts and brandied peppercorn sauce ($29.95) and Duck Breast with wilted swiss chard, herbed fingerlings and maple a l’Orange sauce ($28.95).

Pair any dish with autumn-inspired hand-crafted cocktails like Apple Pie Martini with house tequila, fratello, apple cider, agave, and fresh lime ($12.75), Carpo’s Cup with vanilla vodka, Rumchata, pumpkin spiced simple, and cinnamon ($11.75), or Gaslight’s signature House Red Sangria (Glass $10/Pitcher $38).
