There is nothing like biting into a juicy burger, covered in your favorite cheese, and containing the perfect meat to bun ratio. This spring, Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in the Back Bay is taking their famous steakhouse burger and kicking it up a notch with the new surf and turf burger. This new burger features eight ounces of Kobe beef, Maine lobster, truffle-champagne fonduta, and butter lettuce inside a toasted Brioche Bun. To wash it down with some local flavor, the burger comes with a Wormtown Be Hoppy IPA. The Surf and Turf Burger & Beer combo is available Sunday, from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and Monday – Friday, from 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. for lunch in the dining room; as well as at the bar Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday & Tuesday, from 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Wednesday-Saturday, from 11:30 a.m. to midnight from May 22-May 28.
