Sweetgreen just launched its newest seasonal menu, featuring the debut of three new menu items, including Peaches + Burrata, Summer BBQ Salad, and Watermelon Gazpacho, now available at all 15 Boston-area Sweetgreen locations.
The new Late Summer Menu will be available from August 8 through October 10 and highlights ingredients from local farmers like Ward’s Berry Farm in Sharon and Red Fire Farm with locations in Western Massachusetts.
As a brand constantly changing its seasonal dishes, Sweetgreen continues to evolve its innovation approach to revamping their menus—from spending hours of combing through customer feedback and working with local farmers to explore new ingredients, to becoming the first brand to use blockchain technology as an application for food. The team has now taken this data to develop its newest Late Summer Menu, capturing the bold flavors of this season’s bounty in New England.
