The Paddle Inn
Newburyport
Pre-pandemic, diners were drawn to The Paddle Inn’s playful, coastal cuisine and laidback vibes. So when COVID hit, the restaurant wanted to keep the good times going. The answer was its curbside cooking classes: Home chefs picked up ingredient bundles (including a paired wine and a dessert) and then followed along on Zoom for cooking instruction and culinary inspiration. As eateries reopen, the classes have been put on hold, but keep an eye out for a possible off-season revival.
