At this boat-to-table seafood shack, fresh crustaceans are unloaded directly from the harbor outside the back door to a tank filled with filtered sea water. Every roll is made to order with a third of a pound of fresh-picked meat. Choose from unadorned with a side of warm butter or gently tossed with mayo—either way, the meat is served in a brioche roll from AJ King Bakery in Salem, griddled with a touch of butter. Can’t eat wheat? Don’t despair: Little Harbor also offers gluten-free rolls.
