Ledger Restaurant & Bar
Salem
A lot of thought has gone into the Ledger burger, from the blend to the grind, and all the accoutrements. The beef is ground in-house—a little bit coarse, so this burger has some bite—and the patties are hand-formed. Grilled on the restaurant’s custom wood-fired behemoth, the burger is served on a house-made brioche bun and topped with a house-made dill pickle, a grilled onion aioli, and a bit of Cabot mild cheddar cheese to let the meat shine through. French fries are hand-cut and fried in herb oil, and an extra half sour pickle comes on the side. Hungry yet?
