The Angry Donut & Café
Newburyport
Despite its name there’s nothing “angry” about the donuts at Angry Donut. In fact, we’d be shocked if eating one left you anything but giddy with happiness. Made from scratch every day from brioche dough, these donuts are so much more than your run-of-the-mill dunkers. Instead, expect riffs on PB&J sandwiches (a donut with peanut butter filling and raspberry glaze) and piña colada (with pineapple glaze, toasted coconut, and a cherry on top). COVID-19 made them even more innovative, with curbside pickup and delivery for those lucky enough to live close by the shop that makes things even sweeter.
