The Lobster Roller, Gloucester
As its name suggests, the Lobster Roller focuses on the area’s favorite crustacean. Before owner Erik Metzdorf opened the perennially popular Metzy’s Cantina at the Newburyport train station, he ran a food truck. While the stationary operation has taken off, the food truck is still a North Shore fixture, serving selections from the restaurant’s menu of flavorful tacos, stuffed burritos, and other Mexican bites.
