Woburn, MA — On March 16, 110 Grill opened the doors to its 20th location in Woburn. Located at 371 Washington Street, the 5,800 square-foot, 180-seat restaurant features 110 Grill’s signature modern-American cuisine with gluten-free and dietary restricted menus.

At the helm of the restaurant’s cuisine, Director of Culinary, Elliot Williams brings his global culinary influence to the menu with seasonally-inspired dishes proficient in allergy awareness, offering a gluten-free version of the entire core lunch and dinner menu.
Guests can enjoy seasonal favorites with starters such as 110 Cajun Yellowfin Tuna, chilled sushi-grade yellowfin tuna served with rare Asian slaw, sweet teriyaki and sriracha aioli drizzle; and Chorizo Totchos prepared with fried tater tots and topped with chorizo sausage, nacho cheese sauce, fresh pico de gallo, avocado, sour cream, and scallions.
Larger plates include Shrimp and Clam Linguini with sautéed shrimp tossed in an herbed clam sauce with roasted tomatoes and linguini, finished with basil, parmesan, and grilled ciabatta; Short Rib Flatbread made with pesto, shredded braised short ribs, caramelized onions, roasted tomatoes, and white cheddar, finished with arugula and a horseradish truffle cream; Cuban Swordfish with blackened swordfish served over a black bean, corn, and rice salad, black bean puree and arugula, tossed in citrus oil and finished with lime, sour cream, and grilled citrus; Mushroom Demi Sirloin served over mashed potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts, topped with sautéed mushrooms and a caramelized shallot demi-glace; as well as the Beyond Burger, a 110% plant based burger served on a brioche bun with garlic aioli, topped with a choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion, accompanied by a pickle.
Behind the bar, 110 Grill Woburn offers a variety of beverage options, including beer from both local and national brands, a diverse wine list, and a selection of handcrafted cocktails. Guests can warm up with seasonal beverages including the Maple Bacon Manhattan with Larceny Bourbon, maple syrup, and a candied bacon rim; Winter Pear Sangria with pinot grigio, vodka, pear brandy with pear nectar, apple cider, and housemade cranberry apple shrub; and the Ginger Mule with Hammer & Sickle Vodka, apple ginger shrub, topped with Gosling’s ginger beer.
110 Grill Woburn marks the 20th location expansion for the four-year-old restaurant group, with other recent openings in Syracuse, NY and Saugus, MA at the former stomping grounds of the legendary Hilltop Steakhouse on Route 1.
