Babbo Pizzeria e Enoteca chef Mario LaPosta and his team invite guests to join them on Thursday, March 29 for a four-course beer dinner and tap takeover with Foolproof Brewery and president and founder Nick Garrison.

Beginning at 6:30 p.m., the evening will include conversation with Foolproof brewers and founder Nick Garrison alongside a tasting of four different courses served family style and paired with Foolproof Brewery beers. In addition to the beer dinner, Babbo’s beer taps on the 29 will exclusively offer four Foolproof Brewery brews.

Tickets are $60, including tax and gratuity, and will soon be available for purchase via Eventbrite.

1st Course:

‘Le Farme Urbaine’ Farmhouse Ale – paired with – Fried Wellfleet Oysters: Island Creek Oysters on the 1/2 shell with Meyer lemon creme fraiche

 

2nd Course:

‘The Grotto’ IPA – paired with – Duck Prosciutto Pizza with Bufala ricotta, chicory, citrus mostarda

Lab Series: ‘The Depths’ DIPA – paired with – Pizza Rossa with marinated artichokes, Wolf Meadow stracciatella

 

3rd Course:

‘Forecast’ Chapter 4 Black IPL – paired with – Beer-Braised Heritage Pork Ribs and spring vegetables

 

Dolce:
