New Hampshire PBS and LaBelle Winery will host “An Evening with Jacques Pépin” on Wednesday May 16. The four-course meal will feature Pépin’s recipes expertly prepared by LaBelle Winery executive chef Edward Ceccherini and executive banquet chef Justin Bernatchez. Each course will be presented by Jacques Pépin and paired with wines selected by Amy LaBelle, the winery’s co-owner and winemaker.
A private reception will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., which will be followed by the dinner from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The evening’s menu can be found at: nhpbs.org/pepin/NHPBS_Jaques_Pepin_Menu.pdf.
Tickets are $150 each and can be purchased through the New Hampshire PBS event website: nhpbs.org/pepin.
All proceeds from the event will benefit New Hampshire PBS.

Watching him on PBS sparked my passion for cooking and my desire to talk about that passion in front of a crowd.
