Never before in human history has there been so many mature people on our planet. New services and establishments are emerging to handle this rapidly growing percentage of senior Americans, whose needs are quite different than younger consumers – specifically with respect to housing.
Corinne McKeown, seniors real estate specialist and author of Forward Move: A Senior’s Guide to Real Estate and Housing Options will discuss, on Wednesday, October 18, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., some of these emerging trends in senior housing and community resources.
This talk is for anyone who may need to navigate the financial, logistical, and emotional aspects of a later-in-life move (for themselves or their loved ones), as well as those who want to explore what is needed to safely age-in-place.
