Teresa’s Prime
Nestled into a quiet neighborhood in North Reading is a new steak house that is not to be missed. Owned by father-son team Nicholos Yebba and Nick Jr., the atmosphere is warm, cozy, and welcoming. Wood paneling, white table clothes, and flickering candles make for a romantic setting. And the steaks are outstanding and cooked to perfection. Yebba Jr. is a master at the grill.

Romantic, Unique Experience
Newburyport Rear Range Lighthouse
Dining in this intimate jewel box, five stories above the Merrimack River, is surely one of the most unique experiences in New England. With 360-degree views of the Merrimack River valley, out to Plum Island and the ocean, the restored Rear Range Lighthouse is a cozy eight feet across, and is outfitted with a single table with banquette seating, a CD player with a selection of romantic music, and binoculars for taking in the sights. Diners ascend 55 steps and then are left in complete solitude, save for the waitperson, who delivers each course from a choice of area restaurants. The lighthouse is available for breakfast, lunch, or dinner year-round, for $350 plus the cost of food.
