Sagan Harborside Sotheby’s International Realty closed 2018 with over $200 million in sales, wrapping up a milestone year. Along with merging Sagan Realtors and Harborside Sotheby’s International Realty, Sagan Harborside Sotheby’s International Realty moved their Marblehead office to a new location at One Essex Street. They also added new agents to bring the team total to 73, and launched Elevate, a new regional real estate publication.
Leading the way in technology, Sagan Harborside Sotheby’s International Realty introduced two apps. CURATE, a mobile augmented reality (AR) app, brings a home’s virtual staging images from 2-D perception into augmented reality. SIR Mobile, an easy to use GPS-enabled real estate listings app helps clients find luxury homes for sale all around the world.
“Transformation and growth were two central themes of 2018. I want to congratulate our associates on their successes and thank them for elevating the customer experience and exceeding the expectations of so many buyers and sellers,” says Phyllis Sagan, President. The agency also introduced a mascot, SIR the giant teddy bear, at the Marblehead Christmas Walk. Symbolic of the agency’s big heart for philanthropy, SIR will be seen around the community giving back to local organizations and partnering with local businesses. Last year Sagan Harborside Sotheby’s International Realty donated to over 50 charities, many of which serve the North Shore.
“As the only Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate on the North Shore, we are uniquely equipped to connect our clients with the expansive global network and impactful and engaging marketing that our brand delivers worldwide. Our aim is to reach new heights in 2019, equipping our local associates with global tools and technology to achieve unrivaled results,” says Michael Cannuscio, Partner.
