Britt Vitello brings an energy to her spinning classes that’s infectious! Vitello’s creative twist won her lead in this exercise category. She combines cardio and strength training—incorporating weights to tone arms and bike crunches to engage the core muscles. Her Ride and Abs class is a 45 minutes of spinning followed by 15 minutes of push-ups, planks, and ab work. Vitello keeps her workouts fresh and challenging—and most of all, fun. Her classes are addictive, but in a good way. She also offers private training sessions, which combine cardio, yoga, and strength training sure to whip you into shape in no time!
