In the spirit of autumn and not so warm days ahead, the mixologists at Davio’s Lynnfield have crafted cocktails with rich, seasonal flavors to indulge in on chilly fall nights. The Davio’s fall cocktail menu features three new cocktails: It’s The Great Pumpkin Martini prepared with Four Roses Bourbon, Pumpkin Puree, Triple Sec, Maple Syrup, the Spiced Pear Margarita prepared with Don Julio Anejo, Belle de Brillet, Ginger Simple Syrup, Pear Puree, and Bacon Bourbon Cider prepared with Bulleit Bourbon, Cinnamon Simple Syrup, Apple Cider. MENU

 

Spiced Pear Margarita

1.5 oz Don Julio Anejo

.5 oz Belle de Brillet

Ginger simple syrup

Pear purée

Lemon juice

Cinnamon bitters

Snifter garnished with a vanilla bean

 

Its the Great Pumpkin Martini

1.5 oz Four Roses Bourbon

1 oz Pumpkin Puree

.25oz Triple Sec

.5 oz Maple Syrup

Dash Cardamom Bitters

 

Bacon Bourbon Cider

2 oz Bulleit Bourbon

1 oz cinnamon infused simple syrup

3 oz apple cider

Shake and pour into a Collins glass

Garnish with a slice of candied bacon.

 

**Candied Bacon (Preparation)

Coat bacon with brown sugar and bake at 350 until crispy.

Cinnamon simple syrup-infuse simple syrup overnight with 2-3 cinnamon sticks.
