Over the past few years, Sweetgreen, the destination for simple, seasonal, healthy food, has spent thousands of hours combing through customer feedback, using technology to test new flavor combinations in their test kitchen, running focus groups and working with over 150 farmers across the country to explore new ingredients. As a result, Sweetgreen has launched a new menu at all stores nationwide, including the 15 Boston-area Sweetgreen locations.

From salad tasting parties in dorm rooms, to the food lab at the Culver City flagship, Sweetgreen has always experimented with new recipes and ingredients. The story of Sweetgreen is one of constant innovation and evolution and this new menu is a prime example proving that you can scale real, delicious food.

Chicken Pesto Parm: organic spinach, warm quinoa, spicy broccoli, tomatoes, shaved parm, roasted chicken, za’atar breadcrumbs, sweetgreen hot sauce, pesto vinaigrette

Spicy Thai Salad: organic arugula, chopped romaine, basil, cilantro, raw corn, cucumber, shredded cabbage, roasted sesame tofu, spicy sunflower seeds, lime squeeze, spicy cashew dressing

Curry Chickpea Bowl: organic baby spinach, warm quinoa, hot chickpeas, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, cilantro, roasted chicken, raisins, roasted almonds, curry yogurt dressing

Lentil + Avocado: organic arugula, chopped romaine, black lentils, avocado, basil, cucumbers, shredded carrots, spicy broccoli, raw beets, walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette

Fish Taco: organic arugula, warm quinoa, shredded cabbage, cilantro, roasted steelhead, tortilla chips, sweetgreen hot sauce, lime cilantro jalapeno vinaigrette
