Whether enjoying the drink with company or listening to the Irish music that’s playing, customers from their mid-20s to late 60s come to this cozy Irish pub to order the specialty drink on a regular basis.
“It’s popular because it goes with the theme of the restaurant,” says bar-tender Kristen Olsen. Irish Coffee
Serves 1
1 shot (1.5 oz) of Jameson Whiskey
1 cup brewed coffee
dollop of whipped cream (optional)
Pour a shot of whiskey into a tall coffee glass. Pour in coffee, allowing the whiskey to mix in. Serve with or without whipped cream.
