Executive Chef James Lyons has created a one-of-a-kind, à la carte menu that puts a new spin on the traditional Thanksgiving feast with an entire menu created for one night only. For $62.00 per person, the menu includes Lobster Chowder with bacon, potatoes and corn chili, Butternut Acorn and Hubbard Squash Soup with maple syrup and granola, Beef Short Rib Arancini with arabiatta sauce and a Chopped Autumn Salad with apple cider vinaigrette.
