The 2nd Annual Blackburn Brewfest is back and better than ever, set to take place on Saturday, September 21, at the picturesque Stage Fort Park in Gloucester. From 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, attendees aged 21 and over are invited to join this exciting celebration of craft beer, hard cider, food, and entertainment. The festival is organized by the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce and its Next Gen Young Professionals Committee. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Cape Ann Community Foundation to fund grants for local nonprofit organizations.
This year’s festival will showcase over 25 breweries, offering a diverse selection of craft beers and ciders for all to enjoy. In addition to the fantastic brews, a variety of food trucks will be on hand, serving everything from savory snacks to sweet treats. Food trucks include 5 Star Phresh Phood, The Lobster Roller, Marley’s Good Eats, Meat & Sweet Foods, Riverview Pizza and The Whoopie Pie Wagon. Festivalgoers can also enjoy lawn games, making it a perfect day out with friends, and live music performances will set the mood for an unforgettable afternoon.
Only 2,000 tickets are available for this year’s Blackburn Brewfest, so attendees are encouraged to secure their tickets early to avoid missing out. Tickets can be purchased online at www.blackburnbrewfest.com/. This event is 21+ only, and a valid ID will be required for entry.
The Blackburn Brewfest is an annual celebration of craft beverages, bringing together breweries, food vendors, and the community for an afternoon of fun and festivity. The event is named in honor of Howard Blackburn, a local Gloucester legend and spirited barkeeper from the late 1800’s.
The event is 21+. No pets allowed. No reentry is permitted. Parking is free
